A FEW THINGS TO BE AWARE OF BEFORE YOUR TATTOO APPOINTMENT
Please show up AT your appointment time. Don't show up early, as scheduling is tight, and you will likely just end up waiting in the lobby until your scheduled time. If you are 20 minutes late, you may have to reschedule, depending on our schedule for that day. In either case, your deposit is forfeited.
Masks are no longer required, but if you are exhibiting any cold symptoms, please reschedule. This rule was in effect long before COVID-19 and falls into the category of common courtesy. If you show up, and we notice cough or cold symptoms, we may ask you to wear a mask in order to get the tattoo (regardless of you believing it's just allergies). Appreciate your understanding in these matters.

What are they, and why do we want one?
It's insurance for us that you mean business and will put money down in advance to prove it. Deposits are non-refundable but will be transferred to the new appointment time if rescheduled at least 72 hours prior to your original appointment time. The deposit is for a tattoo, not a drawing, so if you do cancel, we keep the drawing to prevent people from wasting hours of our time on a drawing only to have someone else do it. We must adhere to this policy with no exception, and we hope you understand.

UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR TATTOO, YOU HAVE A PERIOD OF 2 MONTHS TO RETURN FOR ANY NEEDED TOUCH-UPS FREE OF CHARGE. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO BE DILIGENT AND DO SO IF NEEDED. TOUCHUPS OUTSIDE THIS TIME PERIOD WILL BE SUBJECT TO REGULAR RATES.
-We won't tattoo in your dining room, so PLEASE DO NOT BRING FOOD IN eat in our tattoo shop. Thank you.
